| Pros | this is the best exfoliator ive ever used! it gets rid of all the excess skin cells all the time. i love it. and its very cheap |

| Bottom line | some people apply it differently but after i wash off my cleanser while my face is still wet. i pour the baking soda into my hand and rub it all over my face but i make sure my hands are dry or else it doesnt work as well. i dont let it sit very long bc that isnt necessary and i remove it all with a washcloth and then splash water on my face to make sure its all off. after i feel like i have new skin so soft and i feel polished. |

| Bottom line | It helped clear much of my acne-mostly the big zits! Not the little tiny ones as much, but it did help. I use it as a mask for like ten minutes and then wash it off, and my skin feels great and smooth! I also use it with my facial wash sometimes, it's a great exfoliator! I just barely helped my blackheads, but it did make a difference and now I'm way clearer than I was 3 months ago! I suggest you try it! |

| Pros | Dries my pimples otut like no other. Even my big inflammed whiteheads that werent coming to a head went down significantly. Also the first thing I've used that brough down the redness and size of a cyst overnight |

| Bottom line | I read all the reviews here and decided to give this a try. I put the stuff on expecting only to leave it on for 20 minutes or so but I never rlly experienced any burning sensation. Only a little bit where I had just popped a pimple. Anyways I was desperate because I just started Carley's clean and clear and I knew I was gonna have an intial breakout with that but I was getting HUGE inflammed whiteheads that were taking forever to come to a head and then once I got a cyst, that has been sitting there since Sunday, I was really pissed off. SO I left the baking soda on overnight. Ya it was a chance but my face is tough after using BP for six years and BP doesnt work for me anymore no matter how much I use, When I woke up the aforementioned big pimples were reduced big time. Ya my skin was a little red but it was worth it. I wont do this every night but it's great just in case of emergenices and I'm planning on doing a face mask every night if my face can take it. |

| Bottom line | I've have had acne since I was 10. I've used everything! PROACTIV, MURAD, ANTIBIOTIC PILLS, CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE and a million other things. While antibiotics worked for me amazingly and cleared most of my skin it did not last. 2 years later I found that my skin has gotten used to it and it is barely working anymore. Now i just use Oxy daily wash and do this every other day at night and my face is pretty much cleared up. I'm 17 now and my skin has never looked better and trust me I HAD IT BAD! |

| Bottom line | Im so glad I found Baking Soda(omg, baking soda, on your FACE can you believe it?), its honestly the best exfoliator I've ever used. It makes my face feel cleaner than ever! I cant say its a miracle, but it does work to reduce red marks, and I have seen a small improvement in my acne. Try it, you'll fall inlove immediately! Oh, I use it everyday with no problems. |
