I've used it twice so far, and I've already noticed a difference. I have stubborn acne prone skine (the kind where if you don't watch you regimine for a minute and even think of a pimple, you'll get one). I mix it with a generic version of cetaphil i got at walgreens (for like $5.99) and combine it with about a teaspoon of baking soda. This makes it more of a moisturizing paste (and doesn't sting as much as it does tingle). Scrub for about 20 seconds gently, then thoroughly rinse. It calmed my skin, and so far it seems like my skin is already a little clearer after using it last night! Most people don't know that those acne scrubs are TERRIBLE for your skin. It uses shards of ground apricot pits or something like that which actually cut/aggrevate/re-infect skin, making acne worse. Baking Soda is gentle enough to use on sensitive skin and "chemically" scrubs skin rather than physically scratching it to crap.
THe improtant thin to remember is that Baking soda is a base. I noticed someone said that they mix it with their face wash that has Salysilic acid in it. When you mix and acid and a base (like what she did) you basically render your mixture ineffective. also, I wouldn't leave it on your skin too much because there is a certain amount of acidity on the skin needed in the natural skin sloughing process.
So in conculsion It's great, but just don't overdo it (like anything) and don't mix it with the wrong stuff, because you'll end up doing more harm than good.
