Pros:Clear Skin, soft, blackheads started to dissipate quickly, reduction in oil and pimples.
Cons:Stings a little but what acne treatment doesn't?
Bottom Line:It is so amazing! I steam my face, adding in a few green tea leaves, then use the baking soda (that way it can get into the opened pores and break it up, then close them.) then I rinse it off, rinse with cold water, then I apply a honey mask for 15 minutes after that...it takes me 30 minutes to do all of this but if you do it once a week I promise your skin will do amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:Cuts down on redness and size of pimples. But you should leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Try a test patch near your nose were the skin is sensitive and wait 30 minutes to make sure your skin can handle it. It does cause a mild burning sensation.
Cons:The burning feeling on your skin. It is best to do this mask at the end of the day so any redness and tightness can clear by morning.
Bottom Line:Will work for most lighter skin tones. Darker skinned people should go with a honey mask for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

Pros:cleans deep down clogged pores, makes my skin really really soft and smooth after use (depending on how you would apply it)
Cons:not much cons so far, i've only started using it and actually liking its results.. but it tastes ewww when some got to my mouth while rinsing xD
Bottom Line:the results depend on how each and everyone of us use this. I used mine with oil control facial wash, and a pore minimizing facial wash.. but, idk.. I bet the result would be awesome no matter how you would clean your face with baking soda.

Pros:helps reduce acne a bit, very cheap
Cons:doesn't do that much for acne, have to keep it on for 30 to 40 minutes
Bottom Line:I recommend using this if you have light acne. For Moderate or severe, it won't do that much.it's worth a try...

Pros:have literally only gotten TWO pimples (minor) since i started using baking soda a few weeks ago. normally, i get one new pimple every two days!
Cons:takes an hour for the redness to fade after i use it, but i've got really sensitive, fair skin :/
Bottom Line:try it. you won't regret it. even though it hasn't completely gotten rid of everything (yet) it's obviously helping WAY more than any prescribed meds or expensive cleansers i've used in the past. spot treat as soon as you see something forming and it will be eradicated before you know it. i'm obsessed!

Pros:Very affordable, doesn't leave crusty dry patches around blemishes, began working within a few days, exfoliates well, a little goes a long way. A & H baking soda also comes in a plastic shaker bottle perfect for keeping in the shower.
Cons:None
Bottom Line:I mix a sprinkle with my liquid face wash each time I wash my face. I used to use BP and salicylic acic treatments until I found this natural solution on a web posting. Also found info that says BP has been linked to free radical formation, similar to not using sunblock outdoors. I now have an affordable skin regimine that actually works on my adult breakouts!!
