Pros:Exfoliates, cheap
Cons:Strong stuff
Bottom Line:Works for me. I think it removes dead skin cells which may be blocking/clogging your pores. Hopefully won't need to use this after using the regimen because you're not supposed to exfoliate too often.

Pros:Softer, smoother, more even complexion after first use. Oil production has minimized and redness has dramatically improved
Cons:Texture wise, it's different than the cleansers I'm used to, but not to the point it's uncomfortable
Bottom Line:The most effective thing I've ever used on my face! I've tried Clean & Clear's and Neutrogena's Acne Kits, Proactive several times, Honey & nutmeg, Aspirin masks, Aloe Vera sap, Colon Cleansing, Strict Dieting, Increasing Water intake, Flax seed oil, Lysine, Vitamin E supplements, Zinc...I've about had it! It's super affordable and worth a try.

My regimine:
1) CLEANSE: Baking soda + water to form a paste
2) TONE; cotton ball soaked in water + apple cider vinegar
3) Moisturizer of choice, preferably unscented & formulated for sensitive skin
4) SPOT TREAT: in the PM only. I use Dr. Jeff's Acne Spot Treatment
5) MASK: once a week, 1 egg white whipped with a few squeezes of lime juice. I suggest toning AFTER a mask regimine.

The lime juice is optional. I add it because of it's exfoliant properties which in turn I've heard helps to fade away hyperpigmentation (those dark spots left after our horrid little friends) Good Luck everyone!

Pros:even skin tone, clean feeling, major redness reducer, dries pimples in a gentle way (unlike panoxly, proactive, retin-a, ETC.)
Cons:none so far
Bottom Line:i have only used the baking soda mask a couples times and so far it is the best acne treatment i have ever used. it would have taken me weeks with other products to get the same results as ONE baking soda mask. it dries and shrinks pimples almost instantly. i just hope the is keeps working this well

Pros:price!
Cons:none :)
Bottom Line:Okay so ive only used this once haa, but its sososoo good!
I dont really have major acne as such, but i get red patchy spots and what i like to call "under the skin spots" that never seem to clear, but instead get worse!! I read this site before trying it, and pretty much everything that has been said is true! It tingles a bit, but goes away as soon as you wash it off. My skin is quite oily and after having used baking soda it felt really soft and my skin was less red. I highly recommend this to ANYONE!

Pros:Exfoliates like nothing else :) great at fading red marks and preventing new spots. Leaves ur skin baby soft too!
Cons:Didnt sting for me, except if you get it on ur lips, so none.
Bottom Line:For the price, totally worth a shot. Im only 15, but have spent most of my last few years researching, testing and buying skin stuff. And im telling you, this stuf is great. Also, works so much better if u use ACV after it! i use about 1:1 but thats a bit strong for some people. The reason ACV works well with it is because baking soda is basic, and ACV is acidic of course. So apart from the many benifits of ACV it also balances ur skins pH. And a balanced pH is the gateway to great skin

Try it!
