| Pros: | Excellent cream that works very quickly even if used once a day. Used this cream before I got pregnant and my acne went by 90%. Stopped throughout pregnancy and now back on and its working its magic again. Still have minor small whiteheads. |
| Cons: | Itches & burns like crazy for upto 30 minutes after application. Use a desktop fan to cool your face whilst the itching is happening! |
| Bottom Line: | Great cream that does work in quite a quick time. My acne is moderate and its really helping. But I will say I can understand if people would not use it because the itching is awful, in fact I have to stand outside in cool air cos its agony! Luckily its not for long and the benefits of this cream outweigh a few minutes of itching. |

| Pros: | great thing for the price, pretty effective on blackheads, not hard to apply, does not cause long- lasting redness or anything, a bit smoothers the skin |
| Cons: | itching is excruciating, a bit burning; applying consumes a lot of time, you can only see any results after a month or so |
| Bottom Line: | This thing is pretty good if you have problems like blackheads but it won't work on your breakouts, at least, it didn't heal mine. Applying is easy but needs some time, after that your skin is all itching and a bit burning for a while, totally unbearable but after a week or so using it these side effects will certainly diminish. I've used this thing for countless months, it didn't heal my breakouts; definitely- a lot of my clogged pores were gone but otherwise I could hardly see any improvement. This thing is great though if you have really really mild acne, check this out before trying anything stronger, it won't make your skin look bad and will smoother your skin. |

| Pros: | helps with dark spots and uneven skintone and with acne love that i get it free from my derm through my insurance also its easy to apply. |
| Cons: | at first slight tingling kinda burning for first few weeks. |

| Bottom Line: | i have used it for about two weeks... my pimples used to last for a week and leaving scars after that.. but those pimples are gone n scars are healing up...
But now i am WORRIED about too much Small WHITE HEADS i got on forehead and cheeks and some on overall face after using it. I do not why? I think it may be due to reaction with some kinda soap as i was on vacation for 4 days and used Hotel soap on face. |

| Pros: | this is an update from the post below by me, titled "no more cystic pimples, something..."
But anyway, I have I don't think it's cystic but it is one of those underthe skin pimples that hurt on my cheek and corner of my chin since using. |

| Pros: | After just one night my deep zits started to heal and were no longer painful. Smaller zits (the kind that would probably turn into nasty little white heads) began disappearing. My complexion is smoother and less red/irritated! |
| Cons: | Slightly itchy when first applied. I use Kinerase Cream after washing my face w/ a gentle cleanser and let the cream soak in. If my skin were dry I imagine it would be worse. So - moisturize first! |
| Bottom Line: | The only thing that truly works for me is blue light therapy - but I was spending $250/month to maintain that treatment (at the derm's office). My skin looked perfect but it was pricey, so I let it go.
I have a new job which means stress, and we all know what leads to: zits. I've tried every topical (Retin-A, clindamycin, NeoBenz, ProActiv, etc) and antibiotics, I won't use Accutane but was on the verge of snapping and getting it! My boyfriend told me about this product and I've been using it a few days and I've already noted improvement. I'm very pleased!
One tube will probably last me two months and it's already inexpensive. A lotta bang for my buck. For me, it's a good supplement to getting the blue light every now and then. |

| Pros: | Works better than anything else i've ever used in the 10 years i've been struggling with acne. Clears up breakouts while i sleep so i wake up to clear skin. |

| Bottom Line: | I've used everything for my face, and i mean EVERYTHING over the counter to prescription and this is by far the best cream i have ever used. it doesn't make my face red, itchy, or flakey. i have had big red cystic pimples and small "normal" ones and my advice (well for girls i guess) i went on the pill, used minocycline, and used azelex, has worked better than any other combination ever! it finally made me feel normal again instead of the girl with acne. SO bottom line is! AMAZING and i would recommend it to anyone |

| Pros: | Very very good product; reccomend it to anyone with acne that bothers them. lightens scars and reduces pimples, you almost think that you have makeup on because everything has a reduced appearance. |

| Cons: | Burns like hell and itches. Been using it for 2 and a half weeks. Sometime it feels worst than others. And I started getting those whiteheads on my forehead and cheeks instead of cystic pimples now. |
