Pros: soft, smooth skin, reduces redness. Even balances out color tones on my face. Cons: makes you far more susceptible to sun exposure. I heard it makes you 50% more susceptible. Be sure to use a good moisturizer and at least 30 spf protectant Bottom Line: absolutely great. I wish I had known about this as a pimple-faced teen. It would have made my teenage years so much easier! I use BC powder because the caffeine is what helps with the redness and new studies show that caffeine used topically or ingested may prevent skin cancer. I take one packet add a couple drops of water to make a paste, then a few drops of honey to make it adhere to my skin. I leave it on 10-15 mins max. Then wash with cold water and pat dry with soft towel. I use it only once a week as I am afraid of the effects of the sun because I am in the sun a lot. Pros: it clears acne and makes your face baby soft! Cons: its kinda hard to put on Bottom Line: I just used this product and literally as i was washing it off i could already tell the differnce! i was so excited, ive been through numerous face washes, toners, lotions, everything! nothing has really worked for me...but this did! it is so weird something i would of never thought of, and my face is softer than it ever has been. Pros: I had terrible acne and my dermatologist but me on clindaclyn and doxycicline (antibiotics)without much improvement or success. Pros: Reduces redness of pimples and makes pimples less shiny Cons: dries out skin a lot if used often. Probably best for those with oily skin. Pros: Reduced redness significantly Reduced size of pimple Worked quickly without side effects Cons: None really, the only thing that bothered me was the smell. But is bearable Bottom Line: (I am knocking on wood as I speak) This has worked well for me so far. I got acne as a result of changing medicine and also it was hormonal. The first time I used it, I saw a big difference in redness and pimple size. I continued to use it and have been using it for a week (once a day). It smoothed out my face a lot and also reduced the number of pimples and redness. Pros: *takes away redness *reduce pimple size Cons: I sneeze alot when i have it on. Bottom Line: I use the aspirin mask anytime i have a big pimple. I sometimes use it when i wake up and leave it on till bedtime. If the pimple isnt as small as i like it to be i apply more aspirin and sleep with it on. Then rinse off in the morning! I love it. Pros: Cheap!! Cons: When I follow the Aspirin Mask with a moisturizer, my skin tends to get red. So I prefer using at night before bed time and moisturize and applu sunscreen the next morning. It can onlye be used twice a week or skin will go tolerant to this mas Bottom Line: You'll notice you skin soft, smooth and with a little glow. It also get rid of little bumps, help heal acne (it won't get rid of acne immediately). I like mixing 3 tablets of Aspirin ( I prefer Bayer Aspirin with 3 or 4 drops of Hydrogen Peroxide, it's dissolves instantly) and then add a little honey. Apply in circular motion, not to harsh cause the consitency is a little gritty. Sit with the Mask for 20 minutes ( 20 minutes in enough! Staying longer with the mask can cause redness ) Gentle esfoliate and wash your face with cold water. Go straight to bed! Wake up, use a light cleanser following with sunscreen or a moisturizer that contains SPF. Recommended: Yes Usage: Larissa has used this item for about a month. Pros: -Cheap -Easy to make -Immediate results Cons: -Can have a slight burning sensation -Dries out skin -Makes skin more prone to sum damage Bottom Line: Very good skin treatment! I normally have very clear skin however after a switch to a new mositurizer I was left with dozens of flesh colored bumps, after using this mask for 10 minutes I noticed my skin was much more clear, smooth, and glowing. I am going to start using this mask once a week. Pros: Cheap, which is ALWAYS, -ALWAYS- a pro! Can be used with aloe vera, honey, plain yogurt, witch hazel, or just alone with the water. Cons: Some dryness to the skin in certain areas, not suggested for those with sensitivities to aspirin or honey. Bottom Line: Used this a few days ago, and noticed near immediate results. Finer bumps along the hallow of my cheekbones shrunk, and redness relieved. Also noticed a few nasty acne scars fade a bit, particularly one along my chin; that sucker was sticking out like a sore thumb! It's still pretty noticeable, but not nearly as bad. Had a few bumps that I could feel, JUST under the surface of my skin. I knew immediately that they were going to be real shiners, but today...I can't feel them, at all! All I can say, is try it. But, don't think you're gonna get immediate results. It may take a few weeks before you notice any drastic changes. And be careful! Even if you use something like honey or yogurt, that's not enough to keep your skin from drying out. Use a moisturizer. Recommended: Yes Usage: Stephanie has used this item for a day or two.
