Pros ?
Cons Nausea
Bottom line I think I'm the only person I've seen who has had this problem. Maybe I just have a really sensitive stomach (Minocycline made me supersick too), but aspirin--even topically--made me feel sooo sick.
I was really excited to try this--cheap, good revies, etc. After my first application, I became sooo nauseous. I didn't initially connect the dots, but after my second application and another round of nausea, I realized that this was really affecting me.

I'm glad it works for others, though!

Pros reduces the redness of pimple
helps with blemishes
Cons nada
Bottom line Just started using it, I only use 2 tablets of asprin, a dab of water and I put a little aloe vera gel on my finger and barley go over when I put the asprin on my face. Works really well and very cheap to buy.
every 6 months am only out for aloe vera gel, asprin- that goes a long way...

Pros Helps reduce redness and gives my skin a lovely texture!
Cons None really! =)
Bottom line I used the aspirin mask with just two tablets(that's all it takes to cover my face!) and water and honey. Love it! I used to use it maybe three times a week but found that I needed it more. I use it almost everyday now and find that it doesn't really dry out my skin(I'm oily =D!). I love it. I still do get pimples but they usually don't stay as long as they used to. Plus it's so easy and so quick to make! And I got a little thing of honey for $1 so the whole thing is a great deal and it'll last you a long time.

Pros Inexpensive, works well, results are visible quickly...one of the most effective "treatments" I've ever tried
Cons makes your skin feel a little dry/tight, not quite sure how often it is safe to use (seems to be mixed opinions regarding this online)
Bottom line I have mild to moderate acne, depending on the time of the month, and my breakouts are always on my chin. Some of them are those bigger, cystic pimples that take a couple of days to come to the surface. My skin is easily irritated, and acne treatment products usually just make it flaky, dry, and gross. I tried the aspirin mask after reading tons of rave reviews on here and on MUA and had to give it a try. I have not yet used it as a full facial mask, as most of my skin is clear...I've just been using it as a spot treatment on my chin breakouts. I don't mix the aspirin with anything other than water and just dab a little bit on each pimple. I leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes. Upon wiping and rinsing off, the pimples are usually much less red/inflamed looking, and by the next day, they are significantly smaller. If I catch a pimple when it's first forming, the aspirin mask will make it go away overnight and never fully form, which is awesome!!!

Pros Its very cheap!
Near instant results!
Cons ?
Bottom line I just tried it for the first time today after reading about all the rave reviews that the Aspirin mask got. But, I must say, you do get almost an instant difference, whether it lasts or not, thats a good question. I have incredibly oily skin on my face that Im trying to combat with Diane 35. But while I was waiting for Diane to kick in, I decided to use the mask. It helps if you have a little water in a bowl and then add the Aspirin. You'll find that the Aspirin will dissolve in like 10-20 seconds and its much easier to crush.

More than anything else though, it does minimize your pores!

Pros Reduces size and redness of acne faster then anything i have tried.
Cons Within a few hours, skin will be red again.
Bottom line I had to do it 3 (5 times in some areas) times in a row, leaving it on for 15 minutes each time before i got results. I had to reduse the redness cause i was going to the beach to go swimming that day.
And i don't think i got sunburn on my face, so thats a lie.
It did help alot, but then a few hours later the redness came back.
I'm gonna keep trying it tho. I just use asprin and water.
