Pros: Reduces redness, exfoliates skin, gets rid off dead skin fast, makes your acne bumps less noticeable, helps the swelling, and takes away the scars. Cons: Dangerous cause my pets try to lick my face :) lol that's it. Bottom Line: NOTHING NOTHING has worked for my acne but this! I know it will not work on everyone, but I went to many people and bought a lot of face products that didn't work and only burned my pimple and made it red and a lot worse. When I heard of this I tried it and it's been working wonders. I love it and it's very inexpensive. I use it a lot on my chin, pimples on your chin are hard to get rid of b/c they are hormonal, but this is the only thing that has worked for me. I've been using it everyday & make a mask once a week. Pros: no side effects, softens skin, can also act as exfoliant Cons: messy doesn't do a hell of a lot. Bottom Line: I used this every now and then but it didn't do much for me. I am sure it works for others I wouldnt rely on it as a single agent in the treatment of acne give it a shot but I think the reviews here are a little over-excited Recommended: Yes Usage: spotty has used this item for a few months. Pros: dont do it Cons: believe me Bottom Line: i'm a pharmacist.. asprin is acetyl salycilic acid.. most products u buy that are facial cleansers contain salycilic acid. or benzoyl peroxide.. both work similarly on the skin. salycilic acid drys your skin and also drys up oil on ur skin causing pimples and acne to dissapear.. However.. its also dangerous.. it can be absorbed through your skin and can cause serious skin reactions as well as bodily reactions includin bleeds... Buy products from the store or see your dr. for a stronger strenght via prescription... The products you buy at the store at least you can trust and have been tested. Pros: I think I may be allergic, because after applying it to my skin, it ended up red and gross looking. Although, I can see that it would probably be quite effective on mayny people, seeing as how aspirin is pretty much just Salicylic Acid, which is theâ Cons: (Continued from above) Main ingredient in most facial cleansers you can find at the store. Pros: I noticed an instant brightness when washing it off. My acne including scars looked less red. Cons: It stings a little, but it is bearable. Pros: works within a matter of minutes, easy to make. very cheap. and it has done wonders. Cons: none Bottom Line: This is a god sent, i broke out horrible from eating to much junk food on christmas. So i mixed 4 apirin with a couple of drops of water, and applyed to the zits. after 10 minutes I washed off the mask and the redness is gone and the bumps have gone down. I LOVE THE ASPIRIN MASK!!! Pros: Great for oily skin, works better than expensive treatments, and it is better than anything a dermatologist has done for me. I can get a bottle of 200 for $1.00 at the dollar store. Cons: Messy and makes you sneeze Bottom Line: I usually wash my face with a cleanser and then take about 10 aspirin in the palm of my hand and pour a small amount of warm water on them to dissolve the aspirin. Next, I mix the aspirin with a cheap over the counter face mask and let it sit on my face for 10 minutes and rinse. By mixing it with the mask, it tends to stay on my face longer and not flake off.
