Pros Works wonders on my skin!! no more new pimples for the whole 2 weeks!!
Cons taste, smell and a lil bit pricey..
Bottom line at first i was very skeptical about this ACV to works on my skin because i have a very sensitive skin.but i can see such a wonderful results in just 3DAYS!! my skin feel smoother, bumpier and shinier despite the marks still visible on my skin. i use green tea to dilute the ACV in ratio 3:1.green tea makes the ACV works more efficient, it helps to detoxifies our skin and it doesn't dries up the skin.you dont need to rinse this toner after applying it and it is wearable overnight.i also recommend to drink 2tbs of ACV with a glass of water and 3tbs of honey for a more consume-able taste.try this, it works on me yet i dont know if it works for you.beat 3-4 drops of ACV with egg white and use as a mask for 10mins.rinse with warm water and feel the instant softness.do this once to twice a week.GOOD LUCK!

Pros Clear up acne quickly,
skin feels great in general,
good skin sustains for long
Cons taste,
smell,
acidity is not good for teeth, so try to avoid the contact.
Bottom line Just like Lucid from NC's Review.

I had quite a bit of acne, not much but since I constantly have break outs I would have read blemishes and white heads everywhere.

I tried so many drugstore products but they only seem to work temporarily.

I heard that Bragg's ACV is good and IT IS, but it has to be BRAGG's!!!

I take about 2 tea-spoon shots of the vinegar after my dinner and wash it down with a large load of water. This stuff stings my throat like acid.

I think the thing about this product is that it help bringing the pH of our blood up to the right value (I assume, due to my diet I don't have the healthiest values).
So my guess, if you're already healthy (from the inside) and still have acne, this product wouldn't do a thing to help.

I also use the vinegar as a toner twice a week. I apply it directly, leave it for 10 mins and wash it off with cold water (I got this from some dermatologist's advice on Youtube). But after a couple of weeks I have no need to do it anymore. IT STUNG!!!!

the RESULT:
Within days I observe no more break outs, although blemishes were still clearly visible.
The toner technique does help eliminating the breakouts but because of its acidity, I was a bit afraid to keep using it directly on my face.

Around 2 weeks after, all the bumpy red blemishes start to become less severe and my skin starts to smooth out.

now 4 months after.
I feel like I am much healthier.
I feel like I am in control of the acne.

the down point is that the ACV tastes and smells really bad. I tend to intentionally forget to consume it. But it has to go on for more than a week until I start breaking out again.

right now I only have to drink it once to twice a week to keep the balance going.

Pros Inexpensive, works quickly, helps general health
Cons Tastes horrible
Bottom line I noticed a difference in my skin the day after I started drinking ACV. Before I started, my skin was dry and very sensitive, but the ACV dried up my oily skin and acne from the inside out. I've only been using it for five days, but I've had my severe acne get much better. I hope the results continue to make my acne get better and better.

I take one tablespoon with each meal. I dilute it in about a cup of water. It helps me to hold my nose while I drink it and (while still holding my nose) wash it down with a lot of water.

If you're suffering, give it a try. It's cheap, and it worked for me.

Pros cheap, works temporarily
Cons smelly, dries skin out, you get your hopes up for nothing
Bottom line It worked for a week, drying out forming acne, but that's it- the scars remained. It won't prevent new ones though, it only helps to dry them out. The weird thing is, one day it'll be all dried out and then a few days later they look ripe, red and still are raised above the skin. Works if you only get one or two pimples a month, NOT on chronic neverending acne. It's just not potent enough.

The pills didn't work either, I got new pimples on the pills and on the vinegar on my face.

Pros Yes, it does actually clear your acne.
Brighter complexion, overall.
Lost two pounds.
Fixed my digestion problem.
Hair growing faster..
Cheap, and is a good cure for all sorts of ailments
-As a topical, is quickly healing my hyper pigmentation-
Cons Smell, taste, and the huge amount you must drink to get results. Most people drink "a few teaspoons" per day, but that is not nearly enough.
Bottom line I recommend buying some all-natural Apple Cider Vinegar tablets (at most health food, or body building/exercise supplement shops). They're far, far more convenient.
I am using Kal brand apple cider vinegar tablets at 35% acidity. I take three/day, one with each meal.

Pros Helps acne, it REALLY does!
Cons Smell, HORRIBLE taste
Bottom line Basically, if you want your face to be clear you need to drink this.
My acne was pretty darn bad before I started drinking this. Most people dillute the ACV but I just pour it into a shot glass and take it like a man. I have to admit, it tastes absolutely horrible, but it's for a good cause.
I'm on my third day and I can see a drastic improvement. BTW I also use it on my face at night, then I put my acne cream on. Good combo.

Pros healthy, makes an alkaline environment in your gut, can help skin, among other things
Cons taste and smell
Bottom line I've noticed a lot of people who complain of ineffectiveness are drinking this stuff with juice. ACV works to create an alkaline environment in your gut and kills Candida, which may be a huge contributing factor to acne as toxins are being released through your skin. Drinking it with juice causes blood sugar spikes and feeds acne causing yeasts in your gut, canceling out the benefits. Drink it with WATER and drink it throughout the day for maximum effectiveness. Dilute whatever amount is to your tolerance and needs. I use 6 tsps or 2 tbs. and sip throughout the day. I don't think it's the miracle people claim, but it has given me a nice glow and combined with a no sugar, no dairy, no gluten and no yeast, it has contributed to killing my candida and keeping me clear.

Pros It's cheap, makes my skin softer than I thought possible, is slowly but efficiently reducing acne.
Cons nasty, to smell and taste. I want to gag just looking at the bottle.
Bottom line I have been using this for four days now. I drink a small gulp down in the morning before I eat, as to avoid puking. I really can't get over the taste, and I've tried all sorts of drink concoctions, but I figure a small amount in a short time will be tolerable.

I also use it as a toner, at night, because people have noticed the smell when I use it in the morning. hehh...

It made my acne REALLY BAD by the second day, which I think was because it was drawing the impurities forth. My face was really red, my "problem areas" were splotchy and gross. I had trust, though, so I kept going.

Day three, my face was super soft (still is) and my acne was still worse than before I used ACV, but the redness became concentrated just to the whiteheads. I noticed my pores were shrinking, and I don't have any bumpy areas on my face anymore. So no new pimples, just really bad old ones.

Day four, No redness anywhere, except one agitated pimple. My face has a small shine to it, which I think can be considered a 'glow'. Everything is clearing up, and my skin is so smooth.

I guess everything gets worse before it gets better. I'll post another update soon, to show how this continues. :)

Pros It's cheap....it's great as a topical
Cons Taste, and no results, the smell!
Bottom line After reading the reviews I went out and bought the cider with the "mother" in it. I began drinking it but it does taste awful! I started to dilute it more and it wasn't so bad. Then I realized I wasn't drinking as much as other people on the board were ( I only drank about a tbl spoon or around 3 tsp) so I started to drink more. Eventually I got to where I actually liked the taste....but still not the smell!
I also used it as a topical and at first that worked pretty well drying out some pimples. But I didn't see my skin clear up, it started to get worse, so I stopped. This wasn't initially either. At first I didn't see a change then things got better and gradually worse.
Didn't work for me, I have oily type skin.
