| Bottom line | I take the Source Naturals ACV pills which are equivalent to 2 teaspoons. I take about 6 of these a day (=~4 tablespoons) spread out over the course of the day. The jar is 180 pills so 6/day means the jar lasts 30 days. I think spreading it out works better than just taking a shot before bed. I was doing that for awhile and it didn't work as well. If you can handle drinking vinegar all day I'm sure that works. Read up on the PH theory! I have also been trying to eat more alkaline-inducing foods after seeing how well ACV has worked for me. |

| Pros | I topically applied it to my skin for about 10 minutes with a cotton ball and my PH balance became balanced. I have severely sensitive and skin that is easily agitated and although ACV stinks terribly on your face it clears it up and evens your skin. |

You will get used to and you will realize the benefits and I realize how some of you when taking this to detoxify or clear you acne up you tend to maybe not clear up immediatley and may even break out a little more. This is because the ACV is detoxifying your system and your skin is a huge factor in the detoxification process IT WILL PASS>>> USE IT on a regular basis though and don't skip out on it. and I recommend using BRAGGS ORGANIC UNFILTERED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR! | Bottom line | I am so glad i found this alternative acne cure ACV from this website. I couldn't use benzoyl peroxide product from my past experience. Anyway, when I first started taking ACV drink and applying it on my face, I took pictures of my acne daily. My skin condition improved and acne cured by 20 days. I am still drinking and applying ACV everyday to maintain acne free. I had posted the pictures in [link removed] and hope it helps you to understand that this is not a quick cure. Throughout the 20 days, there are times when i thought it was not working and wanted to give up. |

| Bottom line | I dunno if it works for me. Kinda confused. It certainly kill off pimples gracefully.Unlike other topical that dries or burn it. However, after drinking(2 times a day) and applying(3 times a day) for 7 days, i still get new pimples everyday. Only difference is the pimpes are smaller as compared to previous. From my online reading, i seems to hear some people see almost fast results by taking and applying ACV. For my case, im not sure if it is working for me. i read that sometimes it could be due to the detox process tat cause further pimples from breaking out. i will give it a try for another 2 weeks and see if works better. Wish me luck, mates! |
