| Pros | Clears pimples Stops breakouts reduces scarring |
|---|---|
| Cons | tastes awful |
| Bottom line | I started this a few weeks ago and have not broken out since. Results are very quick (1-3 days). Makes skin less oily, however, I use this combined with topical lemon juice nightly. I drink 1-2 tablespoons per day diluted in a big glass of water with apple juice mixed in. Drink through a straw so it doesn't hurt your teeth. Highly Recommended |

| Pros | Stopped stomach aches "regular" Brightened skin Haven't broken out since started More awake Tastes good when properly mixed with water |
|---|---|
| Cons | Can cause stomach ache in beginning when you start to detox Can cause stomach ache if you mix too much acv and don't dilute it with enough water |
| Bottom line | I love this product. Actually, I bought Bragg's ACV. I began using it maybe about two weeks ago. I already see changes in my face. I usually occasionally get pimples but have some redness on my nose and next to my nose. I now don't have to wear makeup, as the redness has gone away and I haven't gotten one pimple since I've started. Also, I am prone to super bad stomach aches. The first day I took this, it flushed everything out my system and I had no stomach aches that day after that. Drinking this everyday makes me "regular" which helps the stomach aches. I now wake up wide awake around 9 am. Usually I wake up around 11-12 and sort of sleepy. I drink this by putting 2 TABLESPOONS Into a large glass (one that came with mango juice or the cranberry juice glass from grocery stores). I reuse that glass and bring it with me in the car and sip it throughout the day. The only times I've noticed also when it gives me a stomach ache is when I just eyeball the amount of ACV I put in and put a bad ratio of water + ACV. So if acv makes your stomach upset it could be 2 things: -Detox from everything you had in your stomach that wasn't digesting -you drank it straight from the bottle or with little water. I think 2 TBLSPNS +lots of water makes it taste REALLY GOOD. it kind of tastes like a kind of organic tea. It's very refreshing in hot Texas sun. |

| Pros | less breakouts clearer skin easier than a lot of other acne regimes |
|---|---|
| Cons | tastes bad not good for teeth enamel |
| Bottom line | I recently stopped using Braggs Apple Cider vinegar because I got sick and had a sore throat and I wasn't sure whether taking this consistently for about two months was the cause of it. After I got better I started to take it again because I was really pleased with the results I was getting before I had stopped. I would take two teaspoons diluted in a tiny bit of water every morning and night and wash it down with a large glass of plain water. I noticed that my acne significantly decreased. I can recall that I stopped spending excessive amounts of time researching how to cure acne so that must mean that it was much more controllable than it had been prior to my taking it. I did not, however, stop breaking out completely. I would still get one or two pimples weekly but I would take that over 2-3 every single day anytime. However, after I recovered from my throat issues and started taking it again. I got sick again and had another sore throat. I've just recovered from that and I found myself on-line once again trying to find some remedy to help me with the crazy breakout I'm dealing with. I feel like the fact that I stopped taking it is a major reason why my face is behaving this way. I'm not sure if I can relate the two... maybe I just got the flu twice in a row due to bad luck and it has nothing to do with the ACV, I just thought I'd be honest and let everyone know my own personal experience. Anyway, I just took a look in the mirror today and said eh you know what, forget the risk... I can't deal with my skin looking like this and took my regular dose of ACV. This is the first review I've ever written. For anyone thinking of trying this, give it a go... it's cheap and it's been pretty effective for me. |

| Pros | Inexpensive um, it works. :) easy |
|---|---|
| Cons | none, really |
| Bottom line | Okay, I saw alot of comments saying the taste was UNBAREABLE. I guess I'm weird but, I really didn't mind the taste much at all. It was a bit strong though, like taking a shot of hard liqor or something, but really not bad. I can see using this everyday. |

| Pros | clears acne improves overall tone and texture of skin weightloss body detoxifier |
|---|---|
| Cons | taste & smell |
| Bottom line | I read a lot of these reviews already and like myself, so many people complain about the taste and smell. I found a way to take it so that you dont really taste it all. Mix it in with apple juice! I swear you dont taste it all, but you do notice an increase in acidity of the apple juice so make sure you buy the low-acid kind so its not too bad, and make sure you drink through a straw so it doesnt hurt your teeth. To make it quicker sometimes, I just use a shotglass - fill a half with ACV and the rest with apple juice. Hope that helps get rid of some peoples cons. Also, I use ACV directly on my skin as well. Like a 75% ACV, 25% water mixture - works wonders. |

| Pros | -Definitely has reduced my breakouts, in number and severity -I'm pretty sure it stabilizes my blood sugar -Inexpensive -Natural |
|---|---|
| Cons | -Tastes like the end of the world |
| Bottom line | Apple Cider Vinegar got me from unwilling to go out in public (from bad cystic acne at 23) to having a life. But I am not cured. I take a shot in the morning (chase it with lots of water) IMMEDIATELY before brushing my teeth in the morning and at night. |

| Pros | Good for you in general Significantly reduces acne Prevents any new acne Detoxifies skin Relatively inexpensive |
|---|---|
| Cons | Tastes awful Possible damage to teeth Has a tendency to make your skin "purge" |
| Bottom line | I'm already using prescription antibiotics and topicals to fight my acne. Though they worked wonders the first time, my acne came back (although not quite as severe as the first time). After reading about using ACV, I decided to give it a go. After a relatively short period of time, I'm already noticing a significant decrease of inflamed acne on my face. I take about 1-2 tablespoons diluted with a pint of water daily with a meal (though I have skipped a couple days). In addition, my antibiotic dosage was recently doubled, and I've been eating more carefully and taking multivitamins. It could simply be causal, but I think that everything's working in conjunction. There's no single "magic" remedy that's going to make your acne go away, I've found you need to control it properly through proper nutrition. I would strongly recommend ACV as a supplement to an existing acne treatment regimen. |
