Pros Tastes great (dilluted in water that is)
Clears skin tremendously
Keeps hormonal acne at bay for the most part
Detoxing of skin and body- Feels great after you drink it!!!
-LOVE IT!
Cons -Stomach aches if consumed on an empty stomach
Bottom line Best thing i have used to clear my acne in a long long time! I am however using in combination with Retin A topically. Cut dairy out of diet which helps tremendously along with cutting caffeine down to reduce hormonal break outs and over oiliness of my skin. I have nothing but great things to say about the ACV that Braggs makes. I only buy it organic and will not buy any other brand.. Just make sure not to take it straight for it is back for your stomach and your teeth enamel due to how acidic the drink is. So be careful!

Pros I have loss 10lbs
My skin is clearing up from acne
I feel better
I can finally touch myself(not in the wrong way, but If I left my hands on my legs or arms I would end up getting a rash there the next day) without getting a rash
My face redness is going away
and again I just feel actively better!
Cons Tast bad but you get over it
Bottom line my mom and I been drinking 2 table spoons of Apple cider Vinegar in a bottle of water. One in the morning and one at night, drinking with a straw, for it's bad for your teeth.Though it doesn't go to the gym for you. I would suggest the organic ACV and drink a bottle of water after you drink the one with ACV.
Three days can break a habit but it takes a month to start one.
You'll see results quickly!! But don't let it take over for exercising and eating healthy.

Pros Great for you stomach
Makes skin better
Cheap!
Cons tastes bad but who cares?
Bottom line I have been using this for months now. It worked great in the beginning by itself (using topically followed by coconut oil on skin and taking 2 tspns twice a day internally). After a few months it wasn't working and I found I needed to change my diet. I had cancer 5 years ago and stopped Tamoxifen 1 year ago. Almost no wheat and dairy :( and added 8 ozs of pomegranate juice :) to help cut the hormone effect that is definitely my problem. Now the apple cider vinegar is helping with the skin and with the stomach as well (I have dieted like this before and had stomach problems. Not with the ACV now). I use the acv and coconut oil at night and pure aloe in the morning before moisturizing.

Pros None
Cons bad taste
Inconvenience
heartburn
No change in skin
Bottom line Tried this for about 3 months. It was recommended by my mom's holistic doctor before I saw a real dermatologist. If you have real acne, ACV is not going to solve anything. I'm doing much better on minocycline and retin-a.

Pros -affordable
-has numerous benefits for health
Cons -when first getting used to it taste can be overwhelming.
Bottom line I love ACV!!
I heard it could aid with weight loss, so I tried it, and noticed after a few weeks that my skin had improved! It didn't completely clear everything up but there is definitely an improvement. It has so many benefits for the digestive system and skin, it just makes sense to use it.
I would recommend using the organic one though.

Pros clear skin
good for digestion
lower cholesteral
antibacterail
gums improved!
Cons tastes awful
Bottom line Developed adult acne when I hit menopause. Tried every product on market, inc. a very expensive dermotologist and retin A. nothing worked. I now ingest a shot of acv in the morning and skin is brigher and clearer with virtually no breakouts.

Topically, I mix it with 100% pure aloe; age spots diminished, acne redness and scars are disappearing. As I do have aging skin, I need the moisture from the Aloe. My skin has never look better, and I have spent 1000's of dollars! The aloe is also a good healing agent for redness and sensitivity.
ACV restores proper ph balance, reducing skin's sensitivity to breakouts. I prefer RAW acv over processed, but both will work.

Pros Greatly reduced breakouts
Skin less oily
Faster healing
Digestive system is better
Cons It's stinky
Bottom line I have been using this for a couple of months now and I really believe it's helping. My skin is less oily and I have had very few breakouts compared to normal, even during the time of the month when my skin usually gets bad. Spots seem less inflamed and heal quicker, and the red marks disappear faster. It also seems to have done something for my digestive system (I have mild IBS) which makes me wonder if that is linked to acne. I also add a few drops to a face mask once a week and it helps remove dead skin/red marks, face is very smooth after (can be little red initially but it goes down quickly).

On the down side, it has a strong smell and doesn't taste great but it's okay diluted. I think it also needs to be taken consistently so you will have to travel with it.I usually take 2 tsps in a large glass of water - keep meaning to buy straws as I don't want to harm my tooth enamel.

As other have said, buy an organic unpasteurized brand if you can. It's so cheap! Hope it works for you.

Pros Works Fast
All Natural
Heals existing cysts within a couple of days
Cons Taste
Aroma
Bottom line I have been using ACV as a drink in the am. I mix 2 Tablespoons with a little water or apple juice, if I have, and throw it back. I also use it as a toner in the am and pm.

It has worked wonderfully. The inflammation I had has decreased very quickly, over the course of the week. My face doesn't hurt anymore. The overall clarity of my skin has improved.

My cysts are mainly at the jaw area, so that was main concern. It looks about 70 percent better and feels about 90 percent better. Only doing it for a week. Give it a try!

Pros Cheap, easy to use, fast results
Cons Can harm enamel of teeth
Bottom line I use apple cider vinegar as a tonic twice a day. I keep a spray bottle in my bathroom, and have an ACV and water solution of about 1:6 in there. I spray a generous amount on a cotton pad every morning and night, and wipe on my face after exfoliating with baking soda.

I also drink a tbsp of ACV in a large glass of water 2x a day.

Other steps in my regimen: no commercial beauty products whatsoever. I wash my face with baking soda, tone with ACV, and moisturize with pure coconut oil.

Important to note: I also cut out nearly all dairy products about 4 months ago. (I'm of Asian descent and definitely lactose intolerant.)

Results: No new major zits in over a month, for the first time in 2-3 years. When small zits happen, they dry up quickly and don't leave as much hyperpigmentation and scarring behind as I'm used to from before. My skin has more of a glow, and interestingly, my stomach feels better, too. I'm on my way to being clear, knock on wood, and will probably save over $150 dollars this year on commercial beauty products in the meantime.

Conclusion: since I'm doing a combination of new things, it's hard to know exactly what effect the ACV is having. But I intend to keep up with it, and really enjoy using it!

Pros - Generally good for you
- Cheap
- Easy to find
Cons - I still get breakouts
- Taste, Hell hath no fury like a shot of this stuff
- Potential damage to teeth enamel
Bottom line I've been taking two shots of Bragg's a day for a week now and It's not really stopped me breaking out at all.
I'm kinda disappointed because all the reviews seemed positive. Most people seem to have results within a few days but I certainly haven't.I'm still going to keep taking it in case it suddenly works, plus I hear it's really good for you generally.
If I were you, I'd try it. It may or may not work out for you. It's worth a shot.
Good luck!
