Followed the regimen for almost 6 months and still had some acne that refused to go away. Started using this stuff every night and my skin was perfect in less than a week.

Ilove this stuff. This products removes stubborn blackheads much better then bha lotions. It literally removed blackheads i have had for years in 2 days. It also really helps improve acne pitted scars by smoothing out your skin and it helps to remove past acne discoloration marks. My face looks very clean after using this because it got rid of an uneven tan on my face left over from the summer. Now i have bright smooth scar free skin. The only down side to this product is it DOES cause clogged pores (those little white pumbs on the side of your face mainly cheeks) I guess because of the ingredients like propylene glycol & dimethicone being too heavy for oily acne prone skin. Now I spot treat any scars/marks on my face and use it every night on my nose for blackheads. Best product I have ever used plus you get a huge amount for the money compared to other brands. Oh and your pores will be invisible after using this. Even if your face is clear, try this it will improve even more.

I tried it but doesnt work well for me.

The product caused a lot of burning, and facial redness. Overall, my skin is definitely worse after using it than it was before.

This Really Works. I put it on my face every other night and within days my face was clear.

this lotion is amazing! ive used it twice, count it, twice! and my skin tone has improved. i've had blackhead cystic acne since late years of high school, now 22, and nothing was working. i'm not saying that this is a miracle cream, perhaps i'm only seeing an effect because it's the first time my skin is reacting to the lotion but nonetheless, my skin looks so much better. i've used it every other night, no moisturizer. acne wouldn't be such a big problem for me if it weren't for the scarring. let's hope this works, i'm keeping my fingers crossed. i'll keep you guys posted

I think that the trick to using this stuff is to use it sparingly, but every day. Over time it has really improved my skin.

I don't understand. How is this used to combat acne when it says that it is an anti-wrinkle treatment?

I've noticed no burning sensation when using this...and I've also noticed no improvement. I don't understand.

I have used this and similar Alpha Hydroxy products in the past (Like Neutragena's healthy skin face lotion).

It always works great at first and then after about 6 months I get blackheads all over, especially in my T-zone and my skin acts irritated.

I only use it at night, so maybe I need to use it only 3 times a week?
