wow.. i started using differin... lets see.. for 5 months now. i'm also taking an oral antibiotic.. septra to be exact. but let me tell ya.. both worked. but.. i mean. TOGETHER they worked. i think the best way to cure acne is to just be patient. it works, trust me. i'm not completely cured.. its only been 5 months. although, if results continue to be like this.. wow. i have a lot of scars from acne && still trying to find a good treatment for them. but.. til then.. i just wait it out. Be gentle on your skin. && just make sure you are dedicated and patient. Everyone believes that acne shall be cured overnight.. but.. ITS SO NOT TRUE.. unfortunately. Stick to one thing for at least 6 weeks. and.. i think everyone will be okay.

5th week - never had worse acne so far, almost all are deep. I am going to stick to the full 8-12 wk and rate it at the end too. I've rated a 3 since so far it has not worked, but has done what says is possible which is make the acne worse before it's better.

ive been using differing for a while (on and off) but have been really trying to apply properly for the past 3 months. If anything, my acne is worse and im really starting to hate differin and my dam dermatologist for not giving me accutane

I have had acne bad for a long time. I was put on minocyclne a year and half ago and Differn. I stopped using Differn because it made my acne flare up really bad. I think now after reading these comments i will try it again. Minocycle was so great for the first year. But now my acne has been getting worse and worse. I tried Proactiv thinking that this 'great' product would work but it has done nothing for my skin I wouldnt sudgest it.

I used differin and ws quite pleased. it made my skin a little flaky but not as bad as other products i've tried. I've used it for about a year now and the product does nothing for my skin, it's become prone to differin. now i'm searching for something else.

I'm on week 4 and I just started noticing improvement. Anyone have any allergic reaction other than dry skin?

After reading the comments at this site, Im going to start doing a weekly update. Well, I just completed my first week on Differin and the results were like the instructions said. My acne has gotten worst and it is continuing to get worse in some spots. It has also made my skin look better in some spots where I dont get acne. I wasnt expecting overnight results but things should be looking better at the end of this week. Im also on Tetracyclin and wash my face every morning with benzoyl peroxide. My face was starting to get really dry after the BP wash so I started using Visibly Even from Neutrogena (ive used it before) and it works great. Until next week.
