I spent roughly 9 months using differing and it cleared my skin up some but not completely. I stopped taking it and after about 1 year my skin started breaking out worse again. I have been back on differin again now for almost 2 months and so far my breakouts are getting WORSE. I'm not happy with the medication and am considering accutane which I have heard better things about.

Been using Differin for about 6 weeks now. I am getting a lot of white heads around my mouth. Never had this problem before. Starting to get some white heads on my forehead. I want to stop using it but already gone this long... I'll give it till the end of the tube to prove itself. You win again, Acne!

It is so expensive.It made my skin rosey and ichy in just the second use.I m so depressed. HAte side affects and retin a!Pills sorta suck!And i put on so little.....HA

It worked good, i like it alot. Make me feel happy. Reeeeeeeal happy. Make face have less scar. And when dun no come bak as strong.

have tried differin and dianette and everything else, but to no avail. does anything actually work?

i would recomend this for mild acne. the side effects arent that bad, just a little bit of dryness, and thats on my sensitive skin which was killed by retin a. for more persistent acne, look into accutane

It helps with scaring....it didn't take care of my acne completely. But it it milder than Reten a which is a good.

Used Differin for 2 months with no changes. I agree this may not work on African American skin. This gel also seemed to cause my skin to be more oily. Now I have break-outs more often than before and in new areas on my face.

Costs $12 a tube here, so its very cheap.... Works great, but takes time. give it 12-14 weeks atleast.
