| Pros | It works! Wears well under Bare Minerals. |
|---|---|
| Cons | I had only been able to find it at one drug store and I found out today, they've discontinued shipments. WHY? |
| Bottom line | My cystic acne had gotten so bad that I was seriously considering Accutane. Doctor's won't prescribe it to women of child bearing age, that can't be good. I was desperate. I'd tried everything over the counter and a few pricey prescriptions. Nothing was helping. I found acnomel and my face was clear in two weeks! |

| Pros | I have pretty much tried everything and I can say that after putting this on a blemish for a couple of days, it does go away. What I normally do is use an antibacterial cleanser and put the Acnomel on at night. |
|---|---|
| Cons | It does dry out the skin surrounding the blemish and once you apply it the product does turn into a cake like substance. |
| Bottom line | I heard that Romans used sulfur for acne problems and out of BP and SA, this works 10x better! |

| Pros | This product seems to be shrinking rosacea lesions and is helping them to not spread.I am only on day four but finally I think I don't have to live with reoccurring bumps. The sulpher calms them down and I used to use Prosacea(otc) but it was not stro |
|---|---|
| Cons | The pigment color is too dark for me, the smell is nothing if it gets rid of this horrible problem with my skin. What scant sulpher smell there is smells good as it is clearing my skin. The cream is very 'cakey' and one cannot apply make up over it. |
| Bottom line | I am so very thankful to finally find a product to help clear this strange dermitis.I am 45 and while this is not acne (it is itchy but pustule like) the sulpher helps it to keep from spreading.I feel hope that my skin won't continue to break out in these strange lesions. |

| Pros | Worked asap on my chin acne. Get a few red nasty looking pimples that occasionally turn into something horrific. Acnomel cleared them dowm to barely noticeable in one night. I CANNOT believe I've wasted money on salycitic acid and benzoil peroxide |
|---|---|
| Cons | It dries to a paste and the color is for caucasians and I'm black. Who cares |
| Bottom line | The best thing since sliced bread. |

| Pros | It's about the best product I have ever used! I have been to the best derms, followed their expensive prescription recommendations and found Adult Acnomel to take care of the occassional acne I get now and then. Immediate results |
|---|---|
| Cons | The tinted color shows, so I only use at night |
| Bottom line | Great product. A little hard to find as the distribution seems limited. |

| Pros | Sulfur works great, esp for cystic acne (cleared mine in 2-3 days). Extremely inexpensive. |
|---|---|
| Cons | It's tinted. |
| Bottom line | I wanted a sulfur spot treatment for overnight. I was spot treating with Queen Helene's Mint Julep but I wanted something that I could blend better into my skin than a bright green paste. LOL Unfortunately for me, this cream is tinted a shade lighter than me. Since I'm only using it at night it doesn't really matter. All of that aside, it works great. My skin really responds well to sulfur. So, I use my Dr. Joesoef's 10% sulfur soap in the morning. At night, I wipe my face with warm water and a washcloth/microfiber cloth and then put on the Acnomel. Sometimes I'll just put it on certain spots but lately I've been mixing it with a small amount of my shea butter mix so that it can spread easier. I felt two cystic acne spots forming (TTOM) and I spread this stuff on my face at nightand the cystic acne spots are gone. No hyperpigmentation marks either (which happens sometimes). Wonderful for cystic acne. If you have acne and nothing's working, give sulfur a try, see if it works for yo |

| Pros | It works great, pimples are gone within a week or two, one quick easy step, size of tube is good for travel, much cheaper than stupid ineffective treatments with 3+ steps that take forever to use. Doesn't irritate my skin. Tube lasts a couple months. |
|---|---|
| Cons | I guess the only con is the smell, but it isn't very strong and it doesn't last long, Neither me or my boyfriend really notice it. |
| Bottom line | I've tried those $20 3+ step acne kits from Clearasil and Clean & Clear. One of them worked okay, and only worked noticeably well if I used it three times a day instead of two. Between the price and time consumption, it wasn't worth it to me. I have somewhat oily skin and had pretty bad acne ever since my younger teens (I am 20 now). My mom found this tube of Adult Acnomel at a salvage grocery store (so she probably got it way cheaper than the price I entered below). She had never really seen acne treatments with the same ingredients, so she thought it might work and gave it to me. And it does! The only time I have ever seen my face this clear is when I lived in Canada for a year and the dry air dried out my skin. Every morning I wash my face with a bar of Irish Spring soap, rub on the Adult Acnomel, and then repeat before bed. That's it. If Adult Acnomel hasn't worked for you, I recommend washing your face with the Irish Spring bar first like I do (or just about any bar |

| Pros | Dries up acne quick, I bought it today when i got home i washed my face apply the cream and a couple hours later i already seen improvement..I am impressed |
|---|---|
| Cons | The smell is not so great and it is thick and dies up like paste...but heck it works so i dont care about that wish i had of found it sooner.....I almost missed it in the store because of the way it is package but it was the last one left |
| Bottom line | If you want to see results quick this is the product for you it might be cheap but sometimes cheaper products work better this is proof! ;) |
