| Pros | It controls my acne pretty well. I still get break outs around my period, but I guess that cannot be helped. I really like the severe regimen with the retinol complex. That stuff feels really good on my face without being greasy. |

| Bottom line | I have been using this stuff for about four months. AcneFree is a little stronger than proactiv, and definately is cheaper. Proactiv did not work for me at all. I like that I can run out and buy a bottle of the cleanser if I run out of it. I did switch out toners though; I use Estee Lauder's toner with it instead. It sucks I have to get the toner to get the retinol renewal complex, but it is still much less expensive than other acne treatments. It is the most effective treatment I have used over the counter to date. It is not perfect, but when you have been dealing with acne as long as I have (ten years), you get used to it I suppose. |

| Cons | The lotion seems to be somewhat griddy. I always use a Vit E lotion after the AcneFree lotion is absorbed. Have not noticed any dryness or redness. Has anyone lost eyelashes since using the lotion? |
| Bottom line | I should be past the acne stage of my life, but I am not. This product is finally making me acne free. I will continue using it and I would recommended it. I hope that others continue to share their experiences. It is a good tool for all users |

| Pros | My skin cleared up really well. I've only been using this product for a month and my skin looks better than ever. This product did not dry out my skin. It's easy to use, and it actually works. :) |

| Cons | After using this for about a month, my skin actually got worse. I was breaking out worse than before using this. What gives? And it severely dried out my skin...really bad. |

| Bottom line | I'll continue to use it. I tried aveda and a bunch of other products and this seems to be working loads better. I use it as a side kick to my other acne medication. Im still a bit skeptical, since im on my third week and it hasnt cleared up completely, but my body's always been slow with everything, so im guessing this is no different. I used to have it very severely on the sides of my cheeks right by my hair line, and the redness and amount of acne there has decreased IMMENSLY. also, i used to have a lot of black heads on my chin and they are pretty much GONE. awesome if you ask me. :] |

| Bottom line | AcneFree works. it just does. ive tried proactiv and it was an utter failure, marring my face and leaving oil slicks wherever i applied the repair lotion. accutane works best, of course, but for aftercare, AcneFree is perfect. controls oil to keep away that pesky shine and my skin has only ever looked this clear during my accutane days. in my opinion, this is the end all best combination product out there. its affordable, long lasting and above all...it works!!! |
