| Pros: | really soft and it actually prevented me from breaking out! |
| Cons: | It made my skin a little rough after a while. |
| Bottom Line: | It works pretty well. They didn't really say any of that "works in one day on 100% of people" like clean and clear. it is wasy better than clean and clear and i wish they had some last time i went looking for it in walmart. Overall, I totally reccommend it! <3 |

| Pros: | Use this if you have really oily skin, cleared my skin up in less than a month. CONSISTENCY IS A MUST. Did the whole routine once in the morning and once at night before bed. |
| Cons: | once your skin starts to clear up completely, if you keep using it twice a day, your skin becomes somewhat immune to the product. so when your acne has subsided, you only need to use acnefree once a day, preferably before bed. |
| Bottom Line: | I've tried pretty much every over the counter acne treatment, including the oh so popular Pro active which did absolutely NOTHING to get rid of my acne, $60 down the drain with that crap.
again, I recommend this product for people who have oily skin. For those who have average skin (not oily but not too dry) you may find this product to dry out your face if used excessively. Which means, dry skin people, avoid this product unless you want your face to turn red. |

| Pros: | Definitely clears the skin; oil-control |
| Cons: | Constant irritation, definitely dries the skin out; my face itched like crazy the first few nights (I had to take an allergy pill and go to sleep because I couldn't concentrate on anything else) |
| Bottom Line: | My acne problem was getting worse and worse and I couldn't get a dermatology appointment for another month, so I decided to give AcneFree a try. The product definitely works--the severity of my acne has cleared up about 80% in less than a week. However, I feel irritation/itchiness when I use it, and I can see some acne might be coming back. The directions must be strictly adhered to. If you have moderate to severe acne, and experience extreme redness/irritation while first using the product, KEEP USING IT, because it will clear up (but not without the suffering). |

| Pros: | Works fast, doesn't smell |
| Cons: | dried out my skin and changed the texture of it; spot treatment doesn't work that well |
| Bottom Line: | This stuff works! The price is just a bonus. I broke out from hormonal changes and stress, and, after one use, I saw results. After three days, I didn't have to use it anymore! The aweful part is that the texture of my skin changed (everywhere but my forehead). It became really dry and felt weird to the touch. After I stopped using the product, it didn't go back to normal, so it could have been the hormones that changed my skin. Either way, it's a great product! I still use the actual moisturizer as a spot treatment; works better than the spot treatment gel. |

| Pros: | clears up acne |
| Cons: | if you leave it on too long, your skin will turn red and peel |
| Bottom Line: | I used to use this product, but had to stop..but then I got the sensitive skin one and it seems to be working. JUST DONT LEAVE IT ON TOO LONG. ONLY scrub, then RIGHT AWAY rinse off!! That is whyt people are complaining, YOU ARENT SUPPOSED TO LEAVE IT ON FOREVER :) ONLY for scrubbing then rinse right off :D
I know from experience! |

| Pros: | I noticed a difference the 2nd day. I bought it when I first noticed I was breaking out. After using it once night the break out stopped. I have only had one or two little zits (which was the week before my period) |
| Cons: | The bottle of "lotion" is actually just benzol peroxide and doesn't moisturize at all. acne free really dries out your skin. I use aveeno lotion for sensitive skin and it works away any irritation and dryness. The lotion bottle is very small. |
| Bottom Line: | It works. It kind of goes through cycles of dryness. I've tried other things. I've gone to a dermatologist and was taking prescription stuff which just got way to expensive. I like the way this stuff makes my skin feel..(after the moisturizer is applied) |

| Pros: | Seems to be effective to some degree. The acne has been clearing up nicely. |
| Cons: | The entire process of using this is fairly tedious as well as irritating to the skin. It dries it out skin quickly and may cause problems (ex. reoccurring acne). |
| Bottom Line: | The individual components seem to be well put together, but if you combine them, it's just terrible and hard to control/maintain. As a whole, this probably shouldn't be used as it is a terrible skin irritant. After acne has cleared up, it has a tendency to come back as you keep using it. Personally, I enjoy the lotion on it's own as it has a 3.5% benzoyl peroxide formula with a lighter facial cleanser and an additional lotion on top of it. The toner I use mostly when I have make-up on. The wash itself I use after a morning shower on the weekend with a moisturizer instead of the lotion as it contains benzoyl peroxide as well. I would recommend using your hands to liberally apply the lotion till it's white color has disappear on your skin. It's not as likely to irritate as using a cloth or cotton pad. (Just my two cents) Your mileage may vary for long term use. Good luck! |

| Pros: | 3 Easy steps, free spot treatment with box purchase! |
| Cons: | Took away a few pimples, but overall BURNT the first layer of skin off my face. I had waaay dry skin around my cheekcs and nose for a week after I STOPPED using this. |
| Bottom Line: | The cleanser is nice and mild, doesn't hurt. The toner feels fresh and clean, but you can tell it's really working. The Lotions BURNS! its not even a lotion, it's a time released benzoyl peroxide cream, therefore, your face never really gets moisturized. When I put the lotion on my face, it instantly hurt. Within 15 minutes my cheeks were red and inflammed. This is a product that you should not use if you have mild/moderate acne. It is made of cheap chemicals that basically take the easy, unhealthy route to clearing your skin. However, the spot treatement works miracles, I put it on at night and it takes away the swelling and redness. I only used this product for about a week and a half, day and night (as directed on box).
Be careful of scarring. |
