Florence, Australia Jun 27th, 2008 How well it works Agreeability Affordability

Pros: Controls oil and shine. Works consistently well throughout winter and summer. I estimate one bottle will last me about 8 months. Good value for money (organic jojoba oil in Australia costs at least twice as much). Cons: Some of it will drip out of the side of the tip of the bottle's mouth, so it needs to be wiped clean every time after use. Bottom Line: Since this product was released, I have been using it in place of the acne.org moisturiser, and it has worked wonders. I usually live in Hong Kong, and recently, I went back to Australia for two weeks. I went from a humid summer in Hong Kong to a harsh and cold winter in Sydney. However, I stuck to using jojoba oil as my only moisturiser the entire time and it worked consistently well. No more switching between different moisturisers throughout different seasons of the year. My friends have also commented on the drastic improvement to my skin recently, and I owe it to jojoba oil. I don't think my natural complexion has ever been better. My regimen now simply consists of using the acne.org cleanser and the acne.org jojoba oil. Recommended: Yes Usage: Florence has used this item for about a month. Pros: Natural and doesn't clog my pores Cons: Makes my face Shiny Bottom Line: Overall this is a good product. I use it to remove my make-up and it works good on the feet. Pros: most fabulous makeup remover!! does not irritate my eyes or cause breakouts in the eyebrow area. Cons: the bottle does leak. Bottom Line: i got this to try as a makeup remover. i have super oily skin and oily scalp too. i have used it a few times as a moisturizer for my lips and on the side creases of my nose. it does a good job but i get a bit too oily. doen not cause breakouts though so thats a definite plus. i would recommend this for people who get very dry from the BP. Pros: I am in love with jojoba oil! It has definetly made an improvement in my overall skin. I used to get oily and not it is just nice. Not oily, not dry, its perfect. Cons: None. Bottom Line: This is the most natural thing I have used that I've seen the fastest improvement in my skin. It doesn't cause me to break out and it makes my skin look GOOD. It makes it easier to apply make and you can also use it to take make up off. I also use it in my conditioner to help with frizzies! Pros: Works like a charm to remove makeup WITHOUT irritation!!! I also add a drop to my moisturizer if I feel I need it. Bottom Line: A great product for a great price. Would definitely buy again. Pros: Really seems to be unclogging my pores. Cons: I haven't found any cons. Bottom Line: This really seems to be unclogging my pores. I am 35 and have had a problem with clogged pores since I began college. Since I started to use this, with the acne.org regimen (Dan's products) my skin is really getting clear. Deep clogged pores immediately started coming to the surface and were super easy to extract. Recommended: Yes Usage: Fhorn has used this item for about a month. Pros: With moderate amount, it helps manage flakiness. It does not clog my pores. When used as hair conditioner, it helps treat dry hair. Cons: The oil leaks from the other end of the small tube through which the oil is dispensed. Bottom Line: I never mixed it with any facial moisturizer. It provides temporary relief to dry, flaky skin. The effect can last the whole day. I use little to moderate amount because putting too much on makes my skin look shiny. I don't use it on the oiliest areas of my face because I noticed that it's made those areas more greasy after a few hours, and, in turn, the enlarged pores looked more noticeable. I've never really tried applying it directly on my scalp. I've used it only on my hair shaft after using shampoo, and it works well as hair conditioner. My hair stays moisturized the whole day. The oil leaks from the other end of the dispenser. That's not a good thing because it can harbor a lot of microorganisms. You need to wipe the oil off the bottle after use. Pros: Natural product. Great for shaving with and also good for degreasing the hands when working on machinery. Cons: It tends to clump with the hairs while shaving and clogs the razor. You have to rinse the razor more frequently than with typical shave gel. Bottom Line: I've been using jojoba oil to shave with. I use a small handful of it to shave my face and neck instead of shaving cream. Put it on full strength to the area you want to shave. It works better than shaving cream, and about the same as a shave gel. I've used it with both Gillette Good News and the Mach 3 razors. Pros: Huge bottle, cheap, great for flakey skin Cons: Leaves skin looking shiney and feeling oily Bottom Line: It's a good product. Although i wouldn't use is a my main mositeriser it does the job well. However at the end of the day it is an oil and it left my skin looking oily and feeling oily. The real plus about this is that only a few drops are required. I used it soidly for 3 weeks and barely took anything out of the bottle. However it had a strange effect around my nose area. It peels away the dead sink on my nose leaving me to having to gently picking them off. My nose is probaby the most dry place on my face and it flakes bad so maybe that has something to do with it? All in all a good product but i would much rather a proper moisteriser. I am looking forward to trying the alpha hydroxy moisteriser when it is finished. I am hoping this can give me the results i used to get with the Eucerin AHA moisteriser. Usage: Nicky has used this item for a few weeks. Was this comment helpful?
