Pros:Does what its meant to, better than similar products and is many times cheaper. Goes on clear and doesnt 'clump' with moisturiser.
Cons:Drying, as to be expected.
Bottom Line:Effective, affordable product that does whats its meant to.

Pros:The first pro is that it ACTUALLY WORKS! It also dries clear and does not dry my skin out too much.
Cons:NONE.
Bottom Line:This is the only thing that has worked on my skin. I developed acne in my mid-twenties and went through hell trying to find something that worked. I spent hundreds of dollars on doctors, medicines and expensive over the counter products. I finally decided to do some internet searching and found acne.org. It is unbelievable how quickly this stuff gets rid of acne. I'm so glad I found this and wish I'd found it much sooner. I've already ordered three more bottles for family and friends. This is the best stuff on the market for acne.

Pros:It works!!! Dries clear, easy to use, large quantity tube is excellent
Cons:Dries skin a bit, as already noted, but really no cons to this product
Bottom Line:I have tried EVERYTHING for acne. I mean everything. Apple Cider Vinegar, antibiotics, natural cures, Proactiv, Accutane (yes, Accutane) blah, blah, blah. This is the ONLY product that I have found, if used liberally as directed, that keeps my acne away! I love sleeping with my head on my boyfriend's shoulder, which normally gives me extreme acne on my cheek. I slather this stuff on before bed, follow with moisturizer, and my acne hasn't come back for weeks! I love it! Highly recommended. The best regimen is this stuff, twice a day followed by any decent oil-free moisturizer; then use the Proactiv masque every other day (don't bother with the rest of their regimen, it doesn't work long term), which absolutely evens the tone of your skin excellently. I've had acne for over 15 years and this is the best combination of products I've ever found. Thank you Daniel Kern!

Pros:Dries clear, great spot treatment, works as effectively as 10% BP without harsh drying effect.
Cons:Bleaches fabric like all BP products and I do not like the packaging of this product
Bottom Line:I love this product because it goes on clear and nobody can see you have anything on your face. I do not use makeup or moisturizer, and do not have very bad acne but I do get the occasional pimple and have very sensitive skin. This product is invisible and i use it as spot treatment day and night. There was a visible reduction in pustule redness and size after one night of use! Does not dry out skin if used on trouble spots. The only thing I do not like is the packaging. I bought the travel size bottle which may have different packaging than the big bottles but I find the medicine hard to dispense and the bottle is hard to squeeze. However, I don't really care because the product is awesome.

Pros:Goes on clear and absorbs fast. Affordable.
Cons:Irritated face for a few weeks.
Bottom Line:This product is great because its a clear gel and doesn't go on streaky. It's very affordable compared to the Neutrogena On The Spot which is a very small tube. I'm still using my old 4oz tubes and am glad that they made a bigger size.

Pros:After about 3 weeks, my SEVERE acne is under control. There is no "soapy" smell that so many other BP products have. My makeup goes on nicely after product is dry. I noticed an improvement within 2 days.
Cons:My skin was very dry and tight feeling for the first two weeks. It's a small price to pay while your face is adjusting to the treatment and well worth it for the results! And I no longer have problems with dryness 3 weeks into the program.
Bottom Line:I have tried oral prescription medications, Mary Kay, Proactiv, Retin-A, and many prescription acne treatments...all with poor results. I am so thankful for the information on this site and for the 2.5% BP, which is SO affordable and such high quality. I had nice skin until I gave birth to my first child, and have struggled with painful cystic acne and literally hundreds of those awful bumps that are embedded under the skin but never come to a head and look so terrible. My skin has never looking better since giving birth. If you are an adult struggling with acne and wondering if this product could work for you, give it a try. Many people commented that the cleanser was too drying, so I decided to use over-the-counter Cetaphil cleanser, which is so mild and non-drying. I use the Acne.org BP, and the Acne.org moisturizer. I am getting great results! I highly recommend these products.

Pros:Definetly clears breakouts fast when used exactly as the regimen suggests. Clears up your red marks as well
Cons:Some times gets a little bit over dyring , but that can really depend on how long you wait to moisturize
Bottom Line:Fantastic product, I won't use anything else, This product has hands down made me smile everytime I look in the mirror

Pros:Clears up skin better than anything I have ever used. Large bottles last a long time so it works out reasonably cheap. Doesn't seem to bleach fabric as bad as other BP products I have used.
Cons:Can make your face red, I still get red marks on my face sometimes even after 3 months of use. Takes a long time to absorb into the skin.
Bottom Line:This stuff works, I used to use a 4% cream which bleached my bedding and clothes far worse than this 2.5% gel. The cream I used didn't work any where near as well as this, I used to wake up every day with new spots now it is rare that I wake up with any new spots. Most of the month I am spotless. I would recommend this to anyone, try it and don't quit because it can take a month or two. I don't know what I would of done if I hadn't found this!!
