Pros: Goes on clear - it's like it was never there! Really easy to use. Much more effective than PanOxy. Cons: Made my face red for the first few days...but emu oil has got rid of that, so it's okay now. Oh, and shipping charges to England are a bit steep, but that isn't exactly anyone's fault. Bottom Line: BUY IT! Seriously, even if you have been using other BP treatments and it didn't do much, this one will. You notice the difference from the moment you start applying it. Pros: Cost, smell, consistancy, all of the above are great!! Cons: None that I have found so far. Only used for a week now. Bottom Line: I love this product!!! I ordered the 16oz bottle the day that I found this website. I knew I had a tube of the Neutrogena On the Spot Treatment at home and used this product until Dan's Treatment came in the mail. What a difference between the two products! Neutrogena gave me bad flakes when used with my moisturizer. And I felt like it was more drying on my skin. But Dan's Treatment does not do that at all. I have only been doing The Regimen for a week, but I already see results. Even my husband says he has noticed. I use the Purpose Liquid Face Wash (couldn't find the bar, very popular I guess. I went to two different Target locations and both of them were out of stock of the bar)and the Purpose Moisturizer as well. My face does have some dry spots, but I am just waiting for my skin to adjust to this program. Well worth it for the clear skin that I am seeing. Recommended to all. Pros: Very Gentle, No irritating fragrance, and very effective and affordable! Cons: A little bit drying, but not bad compared to most b.p.'s. Pros: The secret to clear skin. It does what Dan says it will... it helps to clear up and control your acne. Cons: Wished I had found the info and products sooner. Bottom Line: The regimen clears up acne! And for me, the BP treatment is the key to clearing up acne. Use whatever cleanser and moisturizer that works best for you. Dan offers an effective-and gentle-cleanser and moisturizer, but other brands may work just as well for you. I struggled for years with severe acne throughout my teenage years and early 20s, and then I found Accutane. Even though Accutane helped reduce my level of acne, I still had bad breakouts several times a month. I tried dozens of products without success. Then I found acne.org. Pros: it actually worked. Cons: Turned my face red for the first month. Bottom Line: I've used proactiv, neutrogena, vichy, oxy, & a bunch more and none have ever shown this much progress in two months than this product did in a week. I had a friend commenting within a week of using it that they could see a tiny change. Now it's been two months and I just have a small section on the sides of my face and chin compared to when it was all over my face. I use the cleanser and the treatment (different mostrizer though). I suggest anyone who is having a tough time with acne to try it and have yet to find ANYTHING that works! Just read up on how to use it. I used only a fingertip at night for the first few weeks, moved to a little more for the next few weeks, & now I use it twice a day. It also helps to flip your pillow once a day and clean it (along with sheets) often and watch out for the phone/cell phone acne. And if you have side bangs/bangs, pull them out of your face as much as you can for awhile. I'm so amazed at how much it worked and that it doesn't cost $200 to buy. Pros: It works, affordable, goes on clear absorbing quickly into the skin. Cons: Nothing really. Bottom Line: I would like to thank Dan for saving my skin. Best acne treatment ever. Highly recommend people to try this product with a good moisturizer. I currently use aloe with 2 drops of jojoba oil. My skin still dries a little around the centre of my face so tend to not apply BP as often because it can get irritating. Forehead and chin is 98% clear. Pros: Um, for starters, it cleared up my face as promised. I will cry if this ever stops working! I've tried everything and this is the one product that "came through" Cons: Mildly drying, but that's fine with me for the trade-off. Bottom Line: I love it. I finally like my skin! It looks great, clear, dewy (with a good moisturizer)- I practically don't even need foundation anymore, I'm just using to it even out blotchiness from old acne scars. Pros: great consistency, absorbs well, no pilling or weird white cast. Cons: can be drying, prefer tube to pump, takes a little time to rub into skin Bottom Line: this is the best bp i've used. i used proactiv's for a long time, but this is much better. i have found i can only use bp on a limited basis. right now, i use it about every other night. Pros: Price, size, presentation, it does work. The dispenser is a super big plus. Cons: My face is tighter or drier now, so I have to use moisturizer ABH (Alpha Beta Hydroxy) Oil Free Moisturizer from Beyond Belief (Sally Beauty Supply), with Proactive I did not. If this product had more moisturizer in its components would be per Bottom Line: As many others, I found this website on a search looking for a comparable option to Proactiv, which I have using for around 6 years now. It does work, but I am tired of paying their high price. I thought I should be able to find something much cheaper and I did find some, nevertheless, not with the right combination of 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide, but higher and this would definitely be too strong for me. I tried the Acne Free treatment, but I did not like the texture of consistency of it, kind of sandy. I was very concerned about the comments I read on this website mentioning that Dan's treatment would take long time to dry, but to my surprise it has a very good consistency or texture and it dries fast. I imagined a transparent and thick gel like Aloe Vera type, but it looks just like a cream, not a gel. Very good presentation, and lovely and ideal dispenser, it definitely beats Proactiv on this part. Recommended: Yes Usage: Magnolia has used this item for about a week.
